modern equipment friendly staff fresh fruit large pillows traffic noise distant location
The hotel was very clean. the breakfast offered many choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit). i used the gym. It had modern equipment. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The noise from the traffic was noticeable at times. the pillows were quite large. I would have preferred smaller ones. the location is a bit far from some attractions (a taxi is usually necessary).

Decent, but Problems Existed
expensive taxis unresolved shower
The location was isolating. Nothing was in walking distance, so taxis became necessary and expensive. I experienced an issue with the shower. It leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and nothing fixed it. The telephone in my room also did not work, despite informing reception twice. It was disappointing these problems were not resolved.

excellent stay
hotel cleanliness regular spot friendly staff
i found the hotel cleanliness to be top notch! the cafe inside, cafe renex, became my regular spot. i especially liked the cakes and relaxing atmosphere, with the staff always ready to assist. ufuk, a staff member, stood out for his explanations about the cakes and room service options.
I noticed no allergen labels or gluten-free alternatives available! this made navigating breakfast a bit tricky. i still managed to find quality food that suited my needs.

the rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice decor. the bed and pillows were very comfortable! the view was amazing and contributed positively to the overall quality and enjoyment of the stay at this hotel.

the hotel offers ample parking and sits close to the highway! this positioning makes travel easier. the area seemed quiet and safe. it provided a good balance between accessibility and tranquility.

traffic noise pipe sound
The noise was really bad, you know. I was in a wheelchair accessible room. I could hear traffic because of the single glazing and I could hear pipes. The pipes made noise whenever someone used their toilets, so annoying. The manager said it was normal. It was not normal.

fantastic experience!
modern gym outdoor pool walk-in shower
the hotel smells new and the design is tasteful. the bathroom features a big walk-in shower! breakfast was amazing with various dishes for all diets. the well-equipped modern gym includes both an indoor and outdoor pool.
nothing is within walking distance so taxis are necessary and can be expensive, i think. the hotel lift was temperamental and we got stuck for about 10 minutes. the lights went off!
